You have to learn to stop stereotyping and being so closed-minded if you want people to take you seriously. Who said anything about “rednecks” or underbites? We’re talking about hunters here who span just about every possible demographic. Your condescending and bigoted remarks do nothing but hurt your argument.

Also, gun control for “protecting citizens” has never worked. If you notice, the areas in the United States with the most strict gun control laws also have the highest crime rates. So, it could be argued that gun control actually makes crime worse. The best way to protect a nation’s citizens is to give them the power to protect themselves.

Good lord, Matt! How come you have so much trouble figuring out that gun control for protecting citizens is very different than disarming America’s hunters?

By the way, the reason most nations avoid invasion is not the size of their respective redneck populations. You think an atom bomb is worried about some dude with an underbite who has a license to cork Bambi? You have to learn to falsify!

i’m 100% behind the right to bear arms but “gun regulation” is *not* the same as “gun confiscation.” i’m okay with background checks (a form of government regulation) at gun shows if it means someone with a criminal record will be denied a gun. now if gun regulators come out and say “we need to disarm all americans” that’s a totally different story. last i checked no one has outlawed hunting or said all citizens need to turn in their firearms.
